Women’s History Month-Meet the Speakers

Merav Yuravlivker

Chief Learning Officer
Co-Founder, Data Society

Merav Yuravlivker is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Data Society. She built her career at educational institutions that include Teach for America, Kaplan, and the International Baccalaureate Organization.

Since 2014, Merav and her company have helped organizations save millions of dollars by incorporating data analytics skills and best practices that equip workforces to achieve their goals and expand their impact. Under her leadership, Data Society has been listed as one of Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies for 3 consecutive years and was awarded Fast Company’s 2023 Best Workplace for Innovators in Education.

Merav was also named a top leader in Washington Business Journal’s 2022 40 Under 40 list, an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2021 Mid-Atlantic Award finalist, and is part of the Forbes Tech Council and National Small Business Association Leadership Council.

Diane E. Branch, JD

Diane Branch is an attorney with more than 20 years of experience advising clients on high-stakes transactions and risk management in real estate and commercial matters. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at New Paltz, a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from New York University, a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Columbia University. 


Throughout her career, Diane has helped individuals, developers, and business owners structure transactions, negotiate agreements, and resolve complex issues where clarity, protection, and sound judgment are critical.


Today, her practice focuses on the intersection of real estate and technology. She advises owners, operators, and technology providers on contracts, compliance, and risk related to PropTech, smart buildings, data centers, and technology-enabled real estate operations.  

Liz Pittinger

Liz Pittinger is a customer success executive who specializes in helping early-stage healthcare companies build and scale high-performing account management teams. For more than a decade, she has partnered with HR and benefits leaders to evaluate and integrate digital health solutions into their benefits strategies, bringing over 15 years of experience managing complex client relationships across the U.S. and globally.


Liz takes a consultative approach to helping employers understand emerging healthcare trends and realize value from their benefits investments—from solution selection and implementation to engagement and outcomes. Earlier in her career, she served as an international project manager for the federal government and also brings experience working with Fortune 100 organizations.


She holds two master’s degrees in Political and Economic Development and Exercise Physiology/Health Promotion. Liz is passionate about helping mission-driven healthcare startups build customer-centric organizations that deliver measurable impact for employers and their employees. She lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota with her family.

Nikisha Bailey

Nikisha Bailey is a celebrated music executive, cultural curator, and advocate for creative innovation, whose 15-year career has shaped the trajectories of some of today’s most influential artists, including Kehlani, Kevin Gates, Charlie Puth, and Bruno Mars. She has held senior leadership roles at Atlantic Records, Artist Partner Group (APG), Nvak Collective, and Universal Music Group, where she led A&R and label operations and marketing strategy. As VP and Head of A&R Operations at Atlantic, Nikisha played an integral role in both the creative and operational success of multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated releases. Her industry contributions earned her repeated recognition as a Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Power Player (2020–2022), a Forbes Next 1000 honoree for her entrepreneurial vision, and CHIEF’s 2025 New Era of Leadership Award.


As a Professor at Drexel University, she now teaches the next generation of music leaders in artist management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Nikisha also serves as a Trustee for The Recording Academy’s New York Chapter, is a founding member of CHIEF, the most powerful network of women executives today built to support, elevate, and connect leaders driving change at the highest level, and sits on the Board of Advisors for Women in Music. Her advocacy extends globally. She partnered with the U.S. Embassy in Egypt to lead a groundbreaking educational initiative supporting 40 women artists through entrepreneurship and music business development.


Outside of music, Nikisha channels her passion for equity and community into her venture, Win Win Coffee, Philadelphia’s first Black woman-owned coffee roaster and distributor. The brand uses supply chain technology to build a more transparent and sustainable coffee industry. In 2024, Win Win Coffee was named a Top Product by Technical.ly, featured as a Top 10 Startup to Watch by the Philadelphia Business Journal, and selected as a spotlight vendor at Goldman Sachs’ 10KSB National Summit. Win Win’s partners include PayPal, FedEx, Black Girl Ventures, Oatly, and The University of Pennsylvania.

Regina Walker

Regina M. Walker is an experienced financial planner, with a commitment to creating financial wellbeing for her clients and their families. She believes her guidance provides a different perspective, creating an open environment to develop full spectrum plans. 


Regina recognizes that each client has their own set of unique goals for their financial future. She believes that being an advocate for her client's aspirations positions them to achieve goals of varying complexity, duration and scale. With over 18 years of experience in financial services with Prudential, Regina’s knowledge and warm personality positions her to provide an educational and uplifting experience for her clients and their families. She wholeheartedly believes that a smile can help change the course of someone’s day and her good-natured demeanor shines through to each person she interacts with.


Regina’s graduate studies are from Walsh College and her undergraduate studies from Eastern Michigan University.   She also holds the Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations. 


Regina’s is currently serving on the board of Dr Joseph F Pollack Academy of Excellence (PACE Academy in Southfield, MI and is a member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church. She is a mother of two daughters and looks forward to spending time with her family and friends.
